About Sarah Nolan-Poupart
I am a flower essence practitioner who loves supporting others to awaken to their own inner guidance
I’m interested in empowering others to awaken to their own spiritual Self with the help of essences made from flowers and through compassionate, non-judgmental listening. The spiritual Self is the inner teacher which combines the clarity of wakeful, witness consciousness with the gentle strength of an inner will that can direct thoughts and effect change.
I truly believe that flowers are healing beings who can support us in developing our inner capacity to bring forth transformation in our own lives.
Guiding principles
My work is deeply informed by the teachings of Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), a philosopher and esoteric teacher who created a path of inner development called Anthroposophy – the Wisdom (Sophia) of the Human Being (Anthropos). These studies have taught me that:
- We are threefold beings – we are made up of body, soul and spirit.
- We are “beings of transformation” – each one of us is on a vast path of inner evolution and is capable of true transformation
- Healing is an alchemical and artistic process
- We are spiritual beings – unique spiritual individualities with a gifts and a purpose
